VOLUNTEERING

The Observatory against Homophobia, a reference organization in the defense of the rights of LGBTI people, is supported thanks to the help of volunteers and organizations that selflessly and altruistically offer their knowledge and time to fight against LGTBI-phobia and to support victims and those affected by discrimination, violence and hatred.

The Observatory offers to access its volunteer group a comprehensive training of 8 modules to learn about the entity, the history of the LGBTI struggle and the operation of the different areas such as psychosocial or legal and the different activities that we organize . With this training you will have the tools to be part of our team, a group that has been fighting hate for more than 15 years.
